Every offer must actually be wanted

Unused capacity is useful only when there is real demand, workable timing and economic delivery. Replacing cash sales or creating unspendable claims is not a benefit.

Value and terms are assessed separately

Price, quality, delivery, tax, any cash component and each party’s responsibilities would need clear, separate agreements before real activity.
